Suitable for the classroom, car or living room, his upbeat brand of children’s music spans the spectrum from Rock to Reggae, Pop to Blues, Dixieland and many other styles. His songwriting and recordings span nearly three decades with 17 CDs and 1 Concert DVD as testament to his work in Early Childhood. Those years of work have led him to one undeniable conclusion: children learn best when they are moving and actively involved. That belief is his daily focus and prime motivation for creating and producing tunes that do just that: let children move.

Lindsay Koch

Lindsay Koch, Ed.D. is an assistant professor of early childhood and special education at Lebanon Valley College. Her research interests include the impacts of parent education and engagement on the development of early literacy skills in young children, utilizing sensory experiences to strengthen early language and literacy skills, and social emotional learning with a focus on trauma. Courses taught at the undergraduate level include Child Development I and II, Literacy and Literature II, Advocacy, Leadership and Collaboration in ECE, and Social Studies Methods. Furthermore, Dr. Koch serves as an adjunct instructor for University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Literacy Network where she provides professional development to early childhood instructional aides, teachers, instructional coaches and center directors on topics related to early language and literacy development, social emotional learning, family engagement, and child development.

She has taught Special Education grades K-8, General Education kindergarten & 3rd grade, held leadership roles, and is currently teaching transitional kindergarten. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. I am always eager to learn more about children’s development, new research in the field, various strategies to use in the classroom, and, most importantly, exciting activities to bring the children.
